Experience
For the past four years, I have worked as an Interaction Designer for a company that makes software for health insurance carriers. Most recently, I have been promoted to the Lead Interaction Designer position. In my current position, I have improved existing products and worked closely with clients, business analysts, engineers, and quality assurance to execute designs that fit the needs and desires of the customer. I have acted as lead designer for several new products. As lead designer, I have the opportunity to define and develop various products using personas, storyboarding and scenarios, wireframing, and high fidelity Photoshop mockups.
I received a four-year degree at the Savannah College of Art and Design for Industrial Design. During this time, I learned the process and gained the passion for creating positive end-user experiences. I carry that knowledge and passion throughout all of my life experiences.
